Air Georgian Ltd. was founded in 1994 and operates as a passenger and cargo carrier.  Its main base is Toronto Pearson International Airport, with satellite bases at Halifax International Airport and Montréal-Mirabel International Airport.  Air Georgian also operates as Air Alliance on a Tier III codeshare with Air Canada Jazz for scheduled services on domestic and trans-border routes.
